You learn/your tasks:

• At reception you are the first point of contact for our patients - you are responsible for warmly welcoming and caring for our patients
• You will coordinate appointments and learn how to organize our consultation hours
• You will be responsible for communicating with our patients by e-mail and telephone
• You will learn how to take blood samples, carry out examinations such as ECG, ergometry and lung functions
• You assist medical colleagues with further examinations and therapies

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate
• Biology, German and chemistry were some of your best subjects
• You are committed and keen to learn and apply new things
• Conscientiousness, organizational talent and team spirit are qualities with which you can identify well
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and medical programs
• You enjoy working with people and always have an open ear for the concerns of our patients
