Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Your opportunity:

As Head of Finance, you will join our dynamic team and use your expertise to directly contribute to the growth and increased efficiency of our company. Your role spans financial management to strategic planning, enabling you to play a key role in shaping the success of our group.

Your tasks:

Management of the finance department to support the MEDIZINICUM Group's business decisions.
Responsibility for finance, including management of the payroll department, the accounting department, as well as controlling and contract management, and personnel management for 6–8 employees.
Conducting target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and ad hoc evaluations, including presentations to senior management.
Further development and optimization of key performance indicators.
M&A valuations and the preparation of business plans.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and correction in consultation with senior management and department heads.
Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash flow management.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as forecasts and budgets, including all reconciliation processes.
Close cooperation and coordination with our tax advisor.
Project lead for the ongoing digitization of financial processes.

Your profile:

A successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance and taxation.
At least 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in finance and controlling, as well as experience managing staff.
A medical facility is required.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience in project management.
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Analytical thinking and a strong aptitude for numbers.
A high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.
