X-ray examination (radiography) plays an important role in medical diagnostics. It is not only the oldest, but also the most frequently performed radiological method to this day.

Reduced radiation dose through digital technology
Our radiology practices in Hamburg exclusively use digital X-ray systems, which are much more sensitive to radiation than conventional X-ray systems. This reduces the radiation dose required for an X-ray examination by up to 90 percent compared to the past.

Advantage Digital X-ray

Another advantage of the digital X-ray image is that it is quickly available at other locations via data transmission. The electronic storage of the image also enables post-processing of the recording at any time. To increase the accuracy of the diagnosis, dark areas can be brightened and conspicuous areas can be displayed on the screen in high magnification.
