The Centre for Internal Medicine in the MEDIZINICUM offers the entire spectrum of internal medicine. Our experienced internists provide highly qualified medical care using the latest diagnostic procedures and therapies in line with guidelines.
Nowadays, there is a high degree of specialisation in the sub-specialities of internal medicine. At the MEDIZINICUM Hamburg, seven specialties are combined in the Centre for Internal Medicine. While the individual internal medicine departments carry out specialised diagnostics and therapies in their respective fields, organ-independent and holistic internal medicine care is provided by our internists. Close specialist cooperation is organised through daily exchange, weekly interdisciplinary conferences and joint further training activities.
