Our colleague PD Dr. Viola Andresen from MEDIZINICUM was a guest on the NDR Talk Show on January 9, 2026.
During the program, she spoke very clearly about healthy eating, the importance of fiber and a protein-rich diet, and how we can improve our long-term health through conscious eating. She also provided a differentiated and practical assessment of the use of GLP-1 receptor agonists.
