Dr Jörn Klasen prepares for many requests for TV series
Hamburg, 7 January 2016 "Food as medicine": What illnesses have to do with our diet and how certain foods can have healing effects is the topic of the successful advice series "Die Ernährungs-Docs" (The Nutrition Docs), which can be seen again on NDR television from 11 January. One of the three nutrition specialists who help patients seeking advice with illnesses such as diabetes, migraine or rheumatism on board a "houseboat practice" in the middle of the city is Dr Jörn Klasen. He experienced how great the interest in this topic is after the first season was broadcast a year ago. Since October, Klasen has been working at the Stephansplatz Clinic in Hamburg's city centre and is already preparing for the rush of patients by expanding his consultation hours...
