Rheumatism: Aqua-Bouncing! Effective and easy on the joints!

Aquabouncing is a workout that is easy on the joints because you only have to carry a tenth of your weight under water. In this power training the whole body is dynamically challenged: Endurance, muscle power, mobility, coordination and balance are trained. During movements against water resistance, the abdominal, trunk and back muscles in particular are under tension. It's good for the spine. The quick change between loading and unloading during jumping should also have a positive effect on the intervertebral discs and help with back problems. The fat burning effect is also there by the way: You can burn up to 1000 kilocalories per hour. Aquabouncing courses are offered in many swimming pools. In Hamburg, for example, in the Alster indoor swimming pool and in the Wandsbek swimming pool.
